Turning Passion into Purpose

Hello everyone, my name is Ben, and I’m the owner of Sk8Forge Ramps. Like many other adults who skateboard, I grew up skating—it was my first passion in life. As life went in other directions, I let go of skating, only to pick it back up later during a midlife crisis, haha.

When I got back into skating in my 30s, I realized there were still hardly any spots for kids to skate. I live in a rural area with no local skatepark worthy of the title, and the ramp kits available online were just too expensive for my budget. So that got me thinking: I’ll build my own ramps!

After doing that, it led to another question—how could I help others build ramps so they could save money too? That’s how Sk8Forge was born. With our stencils and step-by-step guides, it’s the easiest DIY ramp build on the web. I’m happy to help you on your skate ramp–building journey!
